Creating an account and delivery times

1. Creating Your Account

Register a new account here:

You´ll also need to sign a user agreement and send as pdf to compoundrequest@scilifelab.se together with a very short generic project description

After your application is submitted, we will review and accept the account.
Once approved, you may start placing orders.

2. Important: Phone Number for Courier Delivery

We have noticed that many users do not enter their phone number when creating accounts.
This is not compulsory for account creation, but couriers require a receiving phone number.

Not providing a phone number will delay your delivery, since this must be collected after the order has been processed.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days after the request is considered complete.

A request is complete when:

• The list of compounds is finalized
• Destination plates are specified
• Any required controls are defined
• All layout and concentration questions have been answered

Delivery times depend on the workload at the Compound Center.
During periods of high workload, CBCS PRC‑projects and DDD‑projects will be prioritized.
